Arcam Amsterdam

Het Arcam is a modern, amorf building on the river IJ of amsterdam. It's mostly used as an exhibition space for architecture and art. De assignment was to give the Arcam a new form and function. The location and its interesting form seemed perfect for making it a tourist related location; It's been turned into a bed&breakfast location for the more wealthy among us. In hindsight it seems a shame to replace the already great function with such a frivolous one.
